Scale-Built Housing · Seed-to-Key

One production line, from forest to keys.

These are not separate businesses. They are one method — Scale-Built Housing: homes produced at scale, off a line, sequenced with demand, capital, and ownership — run by one machine, NeighborBuilt. Each company is one working part of the housing economy, coordinated so nothing breaks between the forest and a family's front door. The line is called Seed-to-Key: the mill supplies the factory, the factory supplies the homes, the homes serve the demand, the capital carries all of it, and the proof publishes as it happens.

One machine, six functions. The hierarchy is here; the flow runs in the line below — ending at the only output that counts: keys in a family's hand.

Also in the family: In Good Company — the gathering place at 1518 McGee, co-owned with Cedric Ransburg, launched 2024.
